Obituary

Kathryn Reho Nogy Wilkinson Purks, 91, of Belle Vernon, died Friday, March 3, 2006, in Jefferson Regional Medical Center. Born in Manown, Pa., Sept. 20, 1914, she was a daughter of the late John and Mary Sikula Reho. Kathryn was a retired baker. She worked at the J.I.B. Restaurant and the Bentleyville Truck Stop. She is survived by her two daughters, Dolores L. Hruby and husband, William Hruby, of Fellsburg, and Jonni K. Pielin-Kircher and husband, Kris Kircher, of Liberty Borough, six grandchildren, William P. Hruby, Cathy Manko, Janice Reed, Kelly Provins, Erin Pielin and Aimee Pielin, four great-grandchildren, a brother, John Jack Reho and wife, Betty, of Belle Vernon, and two sisters, Elizabeth Betty Clark, of Kissimmee, Fla., and Vera Hutton and husband, Ralph, of Belle Vernon. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Andrew Nogy, a grandson, Gerald Hruby, seven sisters, Anna Stonfer, Mary Tintori, Julia Crampo, Helen Hollis, Susie Albert, Pauline Reho and Barbara Tyber, and a brother, Adam Reho. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in the JAMES C. STUMP FUNERAL HOME INC., 580 Circle Drive, Sweeney Plan/Rostraver Township (724-929-7934), where a blessing service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday with the Rev. Ronald L. Simboli officiating. Entombment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery, Rostraver Township.
