in the Charleroi-Monessen hospital Saturday;April; 16; 1955; at 9:35 a. m.
Miss Metz was born June 19;
1893; and for thirty – four years
was a teacher in the Monessen schools. She retired in 1952.
She was a member of the First
Presbyterian Church; Belle Vernon Chapter; Order of Eastern
Star; and the Regulars Sunday
School class.
She is survived by her father;Conrad Metz of Belle Vernon. Friends will be received at the late home. Services will be held there Tuesday;April 19;1955;at 2 p.m.in charge of Rev.George Clarke;and interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Chas.L.Melenyzer and Shelby D.Ferguson are the funeral directors.
