1997; in Mon Valley Hospital;
Carroll Township.
Born Aug. 7; 1921; in Charleroi; she was a daughter of the
late Odilon and Margaret Palfrey Rodier.
A former resident of Monessen; she had lived in Bentleyville for the past five years.
During World War II; Mrs.
Bruce worked in an ammunition factory in Lancaster.
She was a member of Christ
Lutheran Church; Charleroi.
Survivors include two
daughters; Mrs. Richard (Maryann) Lenio of Belie Vernon
and Mrs. Clyde (Carol) Connelly of Ellsworth; a son; Ronald
J. Bruce of Newport News; Va.;
10 grandchildren; Douglas and
Carl Connelly; Lynn Gray;
Chris Bartlett; Teresa Gaul;
Mary Cullen; Richard Jr.; Gary;
David and John Lenio; 11 great-grandchildren; a sister;
Mrs. Albert (Grace) Mayernik of
Charleroi and a nephew;Scott Mayernik.
In addition to her parents;
she was preceded in death by a
brother; James 0. Rodier.
Friends will be received Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in
the Thompson-Marodi Funeral
Home Inc.; 809 Main St.;Bentleyville;where services will be held Saturday at 10 a.m.with the Rev.Richard F.Price officiating. Burial will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.
