Mrs. Katherine Praskavich of 907 Brown steet, Belle Vernon,died Tuesday, April 19,1955,at 6 p.m. She was born in Austria,April 21,1900 and was a member of the Holy Trinity Russian Orthodox Church, Charleroi. She is survived by her husband, Wasill Praskavich;four sons, John of West Newton,Mike at home, Walter of Brooklyn and Daniel at home; five daughters, Mrs. Melvin Bosetti of Smithton,Mrs. Mike Mazur of Monessen, Mrs. Albert Wujik of Belle Vernon,Mrs. Melvin Tomko of Belle Vernon and Mrs. Melvin Guth of Washington,D.C.;one brother, Adam Yodlowski of Detroit, Michigan and nine grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Melenyzer-Ferguson Funeral Home. Services will be held there Friday, April 22,1955,at 1 p.m.,in charge of Rev. Gregory Soroka,and interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Chas. L. Melenyzer and Shelby D. Ferguson are the funeral directors.
