Mrs. Katherine Frankln,of 459 Claredon Ave.,Monessen,died Thursday, Jan. 17,1963 at 4:15 p.m. in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital. Born on March 10,1898,in Spring Hill, Tenn.,she had made her home in Monessen since 1919. Mrs. Franklin was a member of the Union Baptist Church of Monessen,the Gospel Chorus and Circle Ruth, both of the church. Surviving are her husband, Ralph;one granddaughter,Lovie Ann Burton of Pittsburgh;and one brother,Walter Flemings of Hendersonville,Tenn. Friends will be received at the Beverly C. Draper Funeral Home in Monessen.
