Mrs.Kate Bunting;popularly known in Belle Vernon as Aunt Kate ;died Thursday;January 31;1935;at 12:45 a.m.from an attack of bronchial pneumonia. The deceased was born in October;1854;the daughter of Samuel and Rebecca Hammitt. Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon;February 2;1935; at 2 o’clock. The place of the service has not yet been decided. The late Mrs.Bunting is survived by four brothers;and three sisters;William Hammitt of Uniontown;Dr.Albert Hammitt of Fairmont;R.L.Hammitt and John Hammitt of Belle Vernon;Mrs.Maude Toohey of Chicago;Ill.;Miss Lou Hammitt of Cleveland;Ohio;and Mrs.Harriet Haggerty of Belle Vernon.
