Karen L. Cicci Galensky; 62; of Belle Vernon (Washington Township); went home to be with the Lord on Monday; Nov. 16; 2009; at 5:34 p.m. at Mercy Hospital; Pittsburgh. Born June 21; 1947; in Charleroi; she was the daughter of the late Valentino and Ann Morris Cicci. A resident of Washington Township for the past eight years having previously resided in Ellsworth; Mrs. Galensky was Catholic by faith; a homemaker; a loving wife; mother and friend to many. She is survived by her husband; Gary Galensky Sr.; to whom she was married 40 years; two sons and daughters-in-law; Gary and Elizabeth Galensky Jr.; of San Francisco; Brian Galensky of Columbus; Ohio; and two sisters and brothers-in-law; Wanda and Ronald Matz; of Belle Vernon and Beverly and Jeffrey Pendland; of Bentleyville.
