Mrs. Josephine Stringhill,aged 69 years,914 Broad avenue,Belle Vernon,died Wednesday, Feb. 2,1955,at 7 p.m. in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital. Surviving are her husband, Joseph Stringhill;three daughters,Mrs. Lena Mazzei,Mrs. Janie Mitchell and Inez Stringhill,all of Belle Vernon;seven sons, Tony, James, Frank, Fred, Rudolph, Sam and Louis,all of Belle Vernon and five grandchildren. Friends are being received at the Toner Funeral Home,Broad avenue,Belle Vernon,where visiting hours will be from 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Funeral services will be held Saturday,Feb. 5,at 10 a.m. from the St. Sebastian R.C.Church,Belle Vernon,with Rev. Francis Martin officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold R.Toner,funeral director.
