Obituary

Joseph Padavich, 64, of Luzerne Twp., formerly of Monaca, passed away on March 18, 2013, in his home. He was the son of the late Joseph Frank Padavich and Eva Milnick Padavich Dixon, and was born May 3, 1948, in Sewickley. Roman Catholic by faith, Joseph was a graduate of Hopewell High School and University of Pittsburgh. He was employed by K.T.A. Consulting Engineering as a consultant. He also served in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Holand as a Chief Petty Officer 3rd Class and was awarded a National Service Medal. Survivors include his wife of 14 years, Jeanie Riskey Clark Padavich, one daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Tom Schulbe of Salisbury, MD, one son, Robert Clark of Pittsburgh and his fiancé, Annette, five grandchildren, Hannah and Chelsey Clark, Madeline Schulbe, Savannah Ford and Brayden Basso, one sister and brother-in-law, Arlene and Tony Doyle of Aurora, IL, one brother and sister-in-law, John and Marie Padavich of Safety Harbor, FL, and one nephew, Jason Padavich. Friends will be received 2 to 4 P.M. and 7 to 9 P.M. Wednesday, March 20, 2013, in the Ferguson Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., (724-929-5300), 700 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon. www.FergusonFuneralHomeAndCrematory.com A funeral service will be held at 12:30 P.M. Thursday, March 21, 2013, in the funeral home with Fr. Theodore Shomsky officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
