Joseph P. Thomson,269 Grandview Way, Mapleview,Charleroi,died Friday, Dec. 8,1967 at 9:05 p.m. in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital. He was born in Coulter, Pa.,March 7,1878,a son of the late Alex and Virginia Black Thomson. He was a member of St. Mary's Episcopal Church,Charleroi and Free and Accepted Mason,Lodge 615,Charleroi. He was a retired employee of the Monessen Plant of Pittsburgh Steel Co. Surviving are his widow,Bertha Ray Thomson and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Harold L. Schrock Funeral Home,Charleroi,Sunday from 12 to 4 and 7 to 10 p.m.
