Joseph Martin belles,aged 59 years, 114 Second street, Allenport, died suddenly, Sunday, June 15, 1952,at 6:30 p.m. at his late home. The deceased was assistant superintendent of the Pilger Mill, Allenport plant of the Pittsburgh Steel Co. Surviving is his wife, Mrs, Mary Layton Belles; three sons, Elmer and Charles, both in Ft. Belvoir. Va., and Howard, Charleroi; two daughters, Mrs. W. C. Solm, Pittsburgh, and Mrs. Bruce Johnson, EIco; and 12 grandchildren, Friends are being received at the Melenyzer Funeral Home, 700 Broad avenue, Belle Vernon,where funeral services will be held Wednesday,June 18,at 2 p.m.,with Rev.Harry Sayre officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Charles L.Melenyzer,funeral director.
