Joseph F. Krosoff, 85, of North Belle Vernon, died Friday, September 30, 2016 at 6:45 am at Country Care Manor. Born February 3, 1931 in Monaca, PA he was the son of the late Jospeh and Brilla Bossitti Krosoff. A resident of North Belle Vernon, Mr. Krosoff was a member of St. Sebastian R.C. Church, Belle Vernon and was a retired technician from Bettis Atomic Labs. He was a member of the Belle Vernon Knights of Columbus Council 3026 where he was a Past Grand Knight and enjoyed golfing. He is survived by a son Joseph M Krosoff of Belle Vernon; two daughters & sons in law Janice & Dennis Hill of North Belle Vernon, Joanie & Carl Barone of Monongahela; six grandchildren Eric Hill, Justin Hill, Adam Barone, Matthew Barone, Krista Krosoff Klorczyk , Joseph J. Krosoff; two great granddaughters Kaitlyn Hill, Lillyan Hill and a sister & brother in law Mary Lou & Paul Brodict of South Pines, NC. He is preceded in death by his wife Ann Kapty Krosoff (9/8/2012), a daughter Joyce A. Davis (5/16/2012) and a brother Karl Krosoff. Visitation will be held Sunday from 6-8 PM at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon 724-929-6183. Prayers of Transfer will be held Monday at 12:30 pm in the funeral home followed by funeral mass at 1:00 pm at St. Sebastian R.C. Church with the Rev. Msgr. Roger A. Statnick Pastor as celebrant. Members of the Belle Vernon Knights of Columbus will conduct services Sunday evening at 7 pm in the funeral home.
