Obituary
Joseph Kane,aged 75 years,died Monday, October 8,1945 at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Ernest Jackson,217 First street. He had resided in this immediate vicinity during his entire life and for the past six years had resided here with his daughter. Surivivng are the daughter,Mrs. Jackson,and another daughter,Mrs. Roseanne Kolesser,of Pittsburgh,five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Friends will be received at the Woodward Home for Funerals. Services will be held Thursday,October 11 at 9 a.m. at St. Leonard's Church,with Father Owen J. Kirby,officiating. Interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Dave H. Woodward,funeral director.
