Jospeh Holovich,Sr.,age 63 years,of Fairhope,Fayette City,R.D.,died in Uniontown hospital,Tuesday, January 4,1944,at 2:15 a.m. He was born in Poland,and was a member of the Polish National Alliance Lodge of North Belle Vernon,and the Polish National Church of Fairhope. He is survived by one son,Joseph,Jr.,stationed at Fort Belvoir, Virginia,with the United States Army. Friends will be received at the McCrory Funeral Home. Services will be held from there on Saturday, Jan.8,1944 at 10 a.m. and interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. George M. McCrory and Son are the funeral directors.
