Joseph H.Sladich of Willard;Wisconsin;who became ill while visiting his daughter;Mrs.Anthony (Anna) Blatnik of Fayette City;died in the Charleroi-Monessen hospital on Friday;March 20;1953;at 12:15 a.m. He was born in Yugoslavia;March 21;1876;and was a member of the S.N.P.J.;198 and the C.F.U.;665;lodges of Willard. He is survived by his wife;Johanna Sladich;five sons;Rudolph of Willard;Alvin;Fayette City;Philip;Klamath Falls;Oregon;Ignatius and Frank of Greenwood;Wisconsin;one daughter;Mrs.Anna Blatnik of Fayette City;three brothers;Albin Sladich of Irwin and Anthony and Sylvester in Europe;and fifteen grandchildren. Friends will be received at the McCrory Funeral Home. Services will be held there Monday;March 23;1953;at 9 a.m.;followed by Requiem High Mass at 9:30 o’clock in St.Edward’s Church. Rev.Charles W.Ribick will be in charge and interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. George M.McCrory and son are the funeral directors.
