Obituary
Mass of Christian Burial was held Monday,April 30,1979 for Joseph Grey of 640 Green St.,Belle Vernon,who died Saturday,April 28,at his residence. He was 92. Mr. Grey was born May 12,1886 in Rome, Italy,a son of the late Domenic and Emelia DeRienzo Grey. He had been a life-long resident of the Belle Vernon community and was a member of St. Sebastian Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by his wife,Elizabeth Ezzo Grey,on Feb. 11,1961. Also deceased is a sister, Mrs. Mary Ann Fantini,who died in 1974,and two brothers. Survivors include one son,Domenic Grey of Fort Lauderdale,Fla., one daughter,Mrs. Millie Naylor of Belle Vernon,with whom he resided;two brothers, Nicholas Grey and Lawrence Grey,both in Rome,Italy;three grandchildren,and several nieces and nephews. Interment was in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Leonard J. Parzynski Funeral Home,626 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,was in charge of arrangements.
