Joseph (Kostelnic) Costello of 124 Johnson avenue, Pricedale,died in the Charleroi-Monessen hospital,Friday, October 5,1956,at 2:05 a.m. He was a member of St. John The Divine Russian Orthodox Church, Monessen,the U.M.W. of America,the United Russian Orthodox Brotherhood lodge of America in Monessen,and the First Catholic Slovak Union of America in Monessen. He is survived by two daughters,Mrs. John (Ann) Skurkay and Mrs. Ted (Mary) Makovsky,both of Pricedale,two brothers,George of LaBelle,and Pete of Donora and four grandchildren. Friends will be received at the late home. Requiem High Mass will be sung in St. John The Divine Russian Orthodox Church of Monessen on October 8,1956, at 9 a.m. by Rev. John Govrusik. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold R.Toner is the funeral director.
