Joseph A.Rousseau;70;of Atwood Drive;Sweeney Plan;Belle Vernon;died Thursday;March 26;1992;at his home. He was born in Rostraver Township on Oct.23;1921;a son of the late Joseph and Mona Sheldon Rousseau. Mr.Rousseau was a member of Harmony Presbyterian Church. He had been a reident of Sweeney Plan for the last 44 years. He retired as an electrician in 1983;from the Monessen Plant of Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel. He was an Air Force veteran of World War II. Mr.Rousseau is survived by his wife;Hazel Kefover Rousseau;a daughter and son-in-law;Dianne and Tony Martinelli of West Newton;three sisters;Frances Lacey of Elizabeth;Constance Greer of Kissimmee;Fla.and Mona Spegele of Cape May Point;N.J.;four grandchildren;Eric Martin;Laura Rousseau;Lorraine Ritter and Jill Skrinjorich;and three great-grandchildren;Alexander Joseph Rousseau and Lauren and Daniel Ritter. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by a brother;John Rousseau and a sister;Florence Finley. Friends will be received at the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon. Funeral services will be held Saturday ;March 28;1992;at the funeral home. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
