Jordan Robert Sosnak; 22; of Monessen; died Wednesday; June 29; 2011. He was born in Carroll Township on March 26; 1989. Jordan is survived by his mother; Cynthia Kopanic and Eric Santori; of Monessen; father; Mark and Deanna Sosnak; of Perryopolis; three brothers; Jacob; Noah and Nino; maternal grandparents; Robert and Blanche Kopanic; paternal grandmother; Lydia Ciliberti; aunts and uncles; Tom and Dawn Sosnak; Carol and Neal Rands; Cathy and John Enright and Christy and Lou Caviris; and seven cousins; Josh; Jeremiah and Natasha Sosnak; Neal and Chrysta Rands; Carissa and Cayla Caviris. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather; Anthony Jeep Ciliberti. A private service was held on Friday; July 1; at JAMES C. STUMP FUNERAL HOME INC.; with a Funeral Mass immediately following at Our Lady of the Valley Church with the Rev. Pierre Falkenhan as celebrant. Interment followed in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Jordan was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish. He also had a passion for music; spending his time playing guitar and DJ’ing. Jordan was a member of Our Lady of the Valley Church; Donora; and served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was enrolled at Westmoreland County Community College.
