Jordan D. (Duke) Bartolozzi;78;of Roscoe;died Saturday;Sept.30;1995;in Mon Valley Hospital. He was the son of the late Guido and Silvia Meacci Bartolozzi. Mr.Bartolozzi was a retired steelworker;having been employed by Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel at the Allenport Plant. He owned and operated the Bartolozzi Firestone Service in Allenport from 1970 to 1980. He was a member of the Belle Vernon Masonic Lodge 643;Caravan 16;Caravan 17;Ancient Scottish Rite;Syria Temple;the Pittsburgh Consistory and the Charleroi Elks 494. He was also a member of the United Methodist Church of Roscoe. Surviving is his wife;Ruth Lilley Bartolozzi;an aunt Evelyn Jenkins of Perryopolis;and one uncle;Marion Evans of Belle Vernon. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by a brother;Voldo Bartolozzi;and a sister;Gilda Bartolozzi. Friends were received Sunday and will be received Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Ed Melenyzer Funeral Homes Inc.;1008 Furlong Ave.;Roscoe. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home Tuesday at 11 a.m. with the Rev.Linda Taylor officiating. Interment will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery. Masonic services will be held in the funeral home Monday at 7:30 p.m. The Ed Melenyzer Funeral Homes Inc.is in charge of arrangements.
