Obituary

John Yuschak,82,of 398 Fell St., Belle Vernon,died Friday,Nov. 1,1991,at 11:05 a.m. in Mon Valley Hospital,Carroll Twp. He was born June 6,1909 in Wickhaven,a son of the late Andrew & Anna Obsharsky Yuschak. For the past 57 years,Mr. Yuschak had lived in the Belle Vernon area,where he was a member of Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church.  He retired in February 1977 as a millwright at the Allenport plant of the Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. Mr. Yuschak was a member of Belle Vernon Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 209 and the Russian Club of Pricedale. Survivors include his wife of 57 years,Julia Rusyniak Yuschak;two sons,John Yuschak,Jr. of Evansville,Ind.and David Yuschak of Upper Arlington,Ohio; three daughters,Claudette Yuschak at home, Gloria Yuschak of Fayette City and Mrs. Gregory (Carole) Boris of West Laurel, MD.; one sister, Mrs. Andrew (Helen) Scheponik of Charleroi;eight grandchildren and three great-greandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Walter Yuschak and two sisters,Mary Kachala and Rose Putnak. Friends will be received Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Leonard J. Parzynski Funeral Home, 626 Broad Ave., Belle Vernon. Relatives and friends will gather at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church, Mary St.,Belle Vernon for services with the Rev. John Kluchko,pastor,officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Parastas service will be held Sunday at 8:30 p.m. in the funeral home.  The Leonard J. Parzynski Funeral Home in in charge of arrangements.
