John Wasco;89;of Belle Vernon;R.D.3;died suddenly Sunday;May 22;1960;at 1:15 p.m.;at his home. He was a retired coal miner and was a member of the LOOM;Belle Vernon;which he served for many years as secretary-treasurer. Preceded in death by his wife Helen;Feb.18;1954;he is survived by two sons;Charles of Sturgeon;Pa.;Bernard;Belle Vernon R.D.;four daughters;Pauline Rusnak;Belle Vernon;R.D.;Barbara Wasco;Belle Vernon;Mrs.George (Helen) Zekan;Scottdale;Mrs.John (Mary) Maksin;McKesport;18 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Friends will be recieved at the Toner Funeral Home during hours of 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m.Requiem High Mass will be sung in St.Sebastian Church;May 25;1960;at 10 a.m.;in charge of Rev.Andrew King.
