John Tonarelli;49;of 432 Market St.;Belle Vernon;died Monday;June 27;1960;at 5 p.m.in the Charleroi-Monessen Hospital. He was born in Calumet;Mich.;Nov.4;1910;and had resided in Belle Vernon since 1918. He was a foreman in the fininshing department of the Allenport plant;Pittsburgh Steel Co. He was a member of St.Sebastian Church;the Italian Beneficial Society of Belle Vernon;and the North Belle Vernon Fire Department. He is survived by his wife;Norma Simboli Tonarelli;one son;Jerry;a daughter;Linda;both at him;his mother;Mrs.Tina Tonarelli;of Belle Vernon;and two brothers;Geno and Domenick (Babe);of Belle Vernon. He was preceded in death by another brother;Tony;on March 26;1945. Friends will be received at the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;beginning at 7 o’clock Tuesday evening. Visiting hours are 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Requiem High Mass will be sung on Friday;July 1;1960;at 10 a.m.;in St.Sebastian Church by Rev.Andrew King. Interment;Belle Vernon Cemetery.
