John T.Kizzie,664 Third street,died suddenly Sunday,September 18,1949,at his home. He is survived by his wife,Mrs.Gertrude Kizzie,step-children,Robert and Jerome Tidwell;the following sons & daughters;Maxey,Bertha,Phillip,Livingston,Floyd,Frank,John T.Jr.and Beatrice,all of Monessen. His mother,Mrs.Frank Kizzie,of Leakville,North Carolina,and five sisters and five brothers also survive. Friends are being received at the Edith M.Whitaker Funeral Home,McMahon avenue until Thursday,Sept.22,when funeral servces will be held at the Wayman A.M.E.Church at 2 p.m.with Rev.A.L.Cousins officiating. Interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Edith M.Whitaker,funeral director.
