John Seykoski; 98; of Belle Vernon (Arnold City); died Monday; May 22; 2006; at his residence. A son of the late John and Anna Hritz Seykoski; he was born Oct. 12; 1907; in Czechoslovakia and resided in Monessen most of his younger life. Mr. Seykoski was retired from Wheeling- Pittsburgh Steel; Monessen Plant. He was a member of Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church in Belle Vernon. He is survived by his son; John Nickolas Seykoski; of Arnold City. He was preceded in death by his wife; Helen Kupirovich Seykoski; in 1996. Friends will be received in the ELEY-McCRORY FUNERAL HOME INC.; 334 Main St.; Fayette City on Wednesday and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Divine Liturgy will take place Friday; May 26; at 10 a.m. in Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church with the Rev. John Kluchko as celebrant. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. A Parastas Service will be held Thursday at 8 p.m. in the funeral home.
