Obituary

John Perun of Charleroi R.D.1,formerly of 210 Cook St.,Fairhope,died Sunday,Jan.3,1982 at 2:05 a.m. in the Canonsburg Hospital.  He was 71. Mr. Perun was born Jan.15,1910 in Manor,Pa.,a son of the late Peter and Mary Nescott Perun.He was a member of the Holy Resurrection Orthodix Church,Belle Vernon. Mr Perun retired in 1975 after working as a delivery man for Rea Express,serving Charleroi and other Mon Valley towns. He also assisted in the operations of Campground 70 with his son and son-in-law. Mr. Perun was preceded in death by two brothers, Joseph in 1929,and Stephen in 1977. Survivors include his widow,Jessie Trembach Perun of Fairhope;one son,Joseph J.Perun of Charleroi R.D.1;two daughters,Mrs. Myron (Evelyn) Sepitko and Mrs. Milson (Mary) Jenion,both of Charleroi R.D.1;and four grandchildren,Camie Ann and Wayne Neil Sepitko and Melanie Elizabeth and Natalie Catherine Jenion. Friends will be received in the Leonard J. Parzynski Funeral Home, 626 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon on Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.  A Prayer Service will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday at 11:30 a.m.followed by additional services at Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church,Belle Vernon,at noon with the Rev. John Klutchko.pastor,officiating. Parastas services will be held on Tuesday at 8 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church Memorial Fund.  The Leonard J. Parzynski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
