Burial was held Tuesday;August 28;1962;in Belle Vernon Cemetery for John O.Forsythe;50;of Jacobs Creek;who died suddenly at his home Saturday;Aug.25;1962. He was a member of United Mine Workers of America. Surviving are his widow Alice;five daughters;Mrs.Stanley (Barbara) Soutter of Fellsburg;Mrs.Ted (Lorraine) Wukovich of Van Voorhis;Mrs.Tom (Ruth) Harberger of Uniontown;Mrs.John (Darlene) Emerick of Jacobs Creek;and Joyce at home;two sons;Charles and John;both at home. Funeral services were also held on Tuesday;Aug.28;1962;at the Barthels Funeral Home in Smithton.
