John Moskal;74; of 409 Perry Ave.;Belle Vernon (Fairhope) died suddenly at 9:10 p.m.Tuesday;May 10;1977;at his home. He was born in Mt Carmel;Pa on June 17; 1902;son of the late Paul and Elizabeth Moskal. Mr. Moskal was a member of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church of Fayette City and the
United Mine Workers of America. He was a retired coal miner.
Surviving are his widow; Blanche Moskal; one son John Moskal of Nanjemoy;Md.; three daughters; Mrs.John (Bertha) Lauteri of Arnold City; Belle Vernon;
Mrs. James (Mary Anna) Farquher of Arnold City; Belle
Vernon and Mrs. Mark (Evelyn) Drucial of Belle Vernon; three stepsons; John
and Julius Petrosky; both of
Belle Vernon and Stanley Petrosky of Warren; Ohio; one stepdaughter; Mrs. James
( Katheryn) Hutchison of Fayette City; R D 1; two sisters; Mrs. Joseph ( Margaret ) Abbott of Marianna and Mrs. Phillip (Anna) Kirkland of Broken
Bow; Okla.; 17 grandchildren
and one great-grandchild. Friends will be received at the Howard W.McCrory Funeral home;Fayette City;after 7 p.m.Wednesday. Prayers will be recited at the funeral home on Friday at 11 a.m.;followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m.in Holy Spirit Catholic Church;Fayette City;with the Rev.Thomas Rinn officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. A Wake Service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 7 p.m. Howard W.McCrory is funeral director in charge.
