John M. Danesi,80,of 13 Fremont Drive, Charleroi,died Monday, July 16,1962 at 8:45 p.m. in his home. He was born in Moliano,Italy,on May 10,1882. He came to Charleroi from Italy in 1906 and worked in the coal mine until his retirement. Surviving are one son,Alfred J. Danesi of Charleroi and two daughters, Mrs. Mary (Pete) Costanza of Florida and Mrs. Josephine (Henry) Monack of Charleroi. Friends will be received at the Francis C. Slezak Funeral Home in Charleroi from 1 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 10 p.m. Services will be held at the funeral home on Friday,July 20,at 10 a.m.,the Rev., J.J.Thomas of Mother of Sorrows Church in Charleroi officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
