John M.Kuklar;52;of 174 Voyager Estates;West Newton;died Monday;April 15;1991;at 5:15 p.m. in Mon Valley Hospital. He was born Aug.26;1938;in Fayette City;a son of the late Joseph and Mary Kushuda Kuklar. Mr.Kuklar was a Catholic by faith. He had resided in West Newton the past seven years and had previously resided in Belle Vernon. He was a veteran of the U.S.Army and a retired manager of King’s Department Stores in Philadelphia. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by a sister. He is survived by his wife;Harriet Miller Kuklar;two dughters;Mrs.Albert (Rhonda) Perotti of Daytona Beach;Fla.;and Melynda Kuklar of New Smyrna Beach;Fla.;two stepsons;Jeffrey David Wine of Perryopolis and Gregory Allen Wine;at home;and two sisters;Mrs.Joseph (Evelyn) Ferraro of Ft.Lauderdale;Fla.;and Mrs.Thomas (Eleanor Jean) Lofink of Belle Vernon. Friends will be received on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home;626 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon. A prayer service will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 12:45 p.m.;followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 1:30 p.m. at the Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church;Fayette City;with the Rev.Richard Mackiewicz;pastor;as celebrant. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
