John Kramrech,Sr.,aged 50 years,of Fairhope,died at the Cleveland Hospital, Cleveland,Ohio,after a lingering illness on Monday, April 22,1946 at 11 p.m. Mr. Kramrech was a well-known organizer for the United Mine Workers in this district,a position he held for the past 15 years. He was a member of the Elks Lodge in Charleroi,the Moose Lodge in Uniontown and the Eagles in Fayette City. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Elizabeth Kramrech, and the following children;John ,Jr. of Fairhope,Steve with the U. S., Navy,Mrs. Anna Brown of Akron,Ohio and Miss Helen Kramrech at home. A brother, Steve Kramrech of Brownsville and one grandchild also survive. Friends will be received at the Melenyzer Funeral Home in Belle Vernon until Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock when funeral services will be held. Rev. John Sedlak,pastor of St. Edward's Church in Fayette City will officiate and burial will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Charles L. and Edwin F. Melenyzer,funeral directors in charge.
