John J. Combers,aged 74 years,died Wednesday,January 8,1947 at 1:20 a.m.,at the home of a son,M.Royden Combers,723 Speers street, Belle Vernon,following a lingering illness. Surviving are three sons,Royden,Belle Vernon;Charles,Carnegie;and John,Pawnee City,Nebraska. Three grandchildren also survive. Friends are being recieved at the Toner Funeral Home,wher services will be held Saturday,January 11 at 2:30 p.m. with Rev. Kress,of the Presbyterian Church,officiating. Interment,Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold R.Toner,funeral director.
