John (Jack) Welch,of Grays Landing,died in Uniontown on Saturday,March 19,1960,at 11:50 a.m. Born in Belle Vernon,April 25,1876,he was a retired coal miner. Surviving are a son,William of McKeesport;a brother,Edward of Mt.Pleasant R.D.1 and two sisters,Mrs.George Deneen of Belle Vernon R.D.3 and Mrs.Paul Marks of Verona. Friends are being received at the McCrory Funeral Home,Fayette City.,where funeral services will be held Tuesday,March 21,at 1:30 p.m. The Rev.George Geisler,pastor of Grace United Church of Christ,Yukon,will officiate. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.George M.McCrory & Son,funeral director.
