Obituary

John Hudock of Pittsburgh Road,Bentleyville,died Monday March 5,1984,at 4:15 p.m.in Veteran's Administration Hospital,Aspinwall,Pittsburgh. He was 66. Mr.Hudock was born Dec.21,1917,in Searights,Pa.,a son of the late Joseph and Mary Hudock. He was a retired coal miner. Mr.Hudock was a U.S.Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of St.Clement's Roman Catholic Church,Ellsworth,and United Mine Workers of America Local 1197,Cokeburg. Mr.Hudock had lived in the Bentleyville area most of his life. He was preceded in death by his first wife,Tressa,in 1971,by one sister,Mary,and by three brothers,Steve,Charles and Michael. Surviving are his wife,Julia Kotchman Hudock,at home,five sons,John Hudock of Eighty Four R.D.2,Charles Hudock of Bentleyville R.D.1,Bernard Hudock of Clarksburg,Md.,George Hudock of Virginia Beach,Va.,and David Kotchman of Cokeburg,two brothers,Thomas Hudock of Cokeburg and Joseph Hudock of Bentleyville,one sister,Helen Vahaly of Bentleyville and six grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Leonard M.Pavlic Funeral Home,405 Main St.,Bentleyville,Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
