John H.Robinson;88;of 67 Zundel St.;Pricedale;died Sunday;Feb.2;1997;in his home. He was born Dec.30;1908;in Philadelphia;a son of the late John E.and Etta Mae Coleman Robinson. He was retired from Rostraver Township and Patterson Supply. He was a member of the Antioch Baptist Church;Belle Vernon. He was a member of SAC;the Friends Club;and a former member of the Monessen Elks. Survivors include one daughter;Lois E.Laidley of Charleroi;one son;Jerry Ray Lawson of Pittsburgh and three grandchildren. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by his wife;Ruth Robinson;and one sister;Esther Burkes on Jan.24;1997. Friends will be received Friday from 6 to 9 p.m.in the Pleasant Green A.M.E.Church;Belle Vernon;where funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m.with the Rev.Clifford Carter;pastor of the Antioch Baptist Church;Belle Vernon;officiating.
