John Guaditis,87,of 209 Prospect Ave.,Charleroi,died Sunday, May 15,1960 at 12:30 p.m. in Washington Hospital, Washington, Pa. Born in Lithuania,Dec. 17,1872, Mr. Guaditis had resided in Charleroi for the past 50 years. He was employed as janitor at St.Jerome Church,Charleori until his retirement in 1948. Survivors include two sons, Peter of Niles,Ohio and Joseph of Charleoi;a daughter, Mrs. Ralph (Isabelle) Garosky of North Charleroi; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Friends are being received at the Edwin Melenyzer Funeral Home,262 Donner Ave.,Monessen,from 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Funeral services will be held Wednesday,May 18,at 9 a.m. from St. Jerome R.C.Church,Charleroi,with the Rev. James McKeever officiating at Requiem Mass. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Edwin Melenyzer,funeral director.
