John George Krivda;aged 68;died at his home;Gillespie;R.D.1;Fayette City;Thursday;July 31;1952;at 3:34 p.m.of heart failure. He was born in Czecho-Slovakia April 23;1884. He was a member of St.Edward’s Roman Catholic Church in Fayette City. He is survived by his wife;Anna;two sons;Joseph and Frank;of Fayette City;R.D.1;three daughters;Mrs.Anna Pendro;McKeesport;and Mrs.Margaret Baran and Mrs.Agnes Bowers;Charleroi;one brother;Frank;in Europe;one sister;Mrs.Justice Shimlastic;of Fayertte City. Eleven grandchildren also survive. Friends will be received at the late home where services will be held;monday Aug.4;1952 at 9 a.m. Mass will follow at St.Edward’s R.C.Church at 10 o’clock. Rev.Charles W.Ribick;pastor;will be in charge. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. George M.McCrory and Son are the funeral directors.
