John G.Huscroft of Hempfield Towers in Greensburg;formerly of Belle Vernon;died Friday;Sept.21;1984;at 12:10 p.m. in the Westmoreland Manor. He was 91. Mr.Huscroft was born in England on Oct.3;1892;a son of the late George and Mary Jane Huscroft. He lived in Greensburg since 1979 and prior to that spent most of his life in the Belle Vernon area. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by his wife;Barbara Sterling Huscroft;on July 17;1978. Survivors include a son;Norman Huscroft of Belle Vernon;a daughter-in-law;Sarafine Huscroft of Belle Vernon;two grandchildren;Scott and Greg Huscroft of Belle Vernon;and a great-granddaughter;Renee Lynn Huscroft of Belle Vernon. Friends will be received at the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;on Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be held Monday at the funeral home at 11 a.m. with the Rev.David Reeves of the Pricedale Union Church officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
