Obituary

John F. Kruper of 17 Mulberry St., Belle Vernon, died Thursday,June 24,1976 at 5:30 a.m. at his home.  He was 90. Mr. Kruper was born in Czechoslovakia on Sept. 5, 1885. He retired from his job as a coal miner in 1951. In his youth, he served eight years with the U S Marines. Mr. Kruper was a member of St. Sebastian Catholic Church, Belle Vernon, and the Jednota Lodge. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Gratz Kruper, in 1960, and by a daughter, Deloris Pascoe in 1974.  Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Glenn (Helen) Shepler of Belle Vernon and Veronica F. Kruper of Pittsburgh; one son, John E. Kruper of Uniontown: nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Leonard J. Parzynski Funeral Home, 626 Broad Ave , Belle Vernon, from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p m.Friday.  Prayers will be recited at the funeral home on Saturday at 9:30 a.m.,followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Sebastian Catholic Church,Belle Vernon.  Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  Rosary will be recited at the funeral home on Friday at 8:30 p.m.   Leonard J.Parzynski is funeral director in charge.
