Obituary

John F.Usher,86,of Fayette City,formerly of Pricedale,Rostraver Township,died Saturday,June 2,1990,at 12:03 a.m.in Morgan's Personal Care Home,Fayette City.  He was born March 28,1904,in Arnold City,a son of the late John W.and Emma Jane Simpson Usher.  Mr.Usher was Protestant.  He was retired as a watchman from Page Steel and Wire Co.,Monessen,with over 28 years of service.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife,Margaret Cochenour Usher,Dec.15,1989.  Survivors include three sons,John W.Usher of Belle Vernon,Charles Usher of Fellsburg and George Usher of Perryopolis,two daughters,Mrs.Joseph (Marie) Coccari of Monessen and Mrs.Daniel (Betty) Evangelist of Belle Vernon,17 grandchildren,26 great-grandchildren,one great-great-grandson and several nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home,Fayette City,and on Monday until 1 p.m.,when services will be held in the funeral home with the Rev.David Reeves,pastor of Pricedale Union Church,officiating.  Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  The Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
