John F.Larson;83;of 314 Bedsworth St.;Pricedale;died Monday;March 31;1997;in Jefferson Hospital. Born June 13;1913;in Donora;he was the son of the late Jacob and Annie Tuzik Lisowicz. Mr.Larson lived in Pricedale the last 46 years;having formerly resided in Monessen. He was a member of St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church;Belle Vernon;and retired in 1972 after 42 years of service at the Monessen plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by his wife;Alberta Binley Larson;who died March 27;1970. Surviving are two sons and one daughter-in-law;Ronald and Nancy Larson of Sterling Heights;Mich.;and Eugene Larson of Charleroi;ond daughter and son-in-law;Judy and Rickie Prentice of Nashua;N.H.;five grandchildren;Matthew and Michael Larson;Susan Howell;and Christopher and Shannon Prentice;and one great-grandchild;Courtney Howell. Friends will be received Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon. A Blessing service will be conducted Thursday at 10:30 a.m.in the funeral home;with the Rev.E.George Saletrik;parochial vicar of St.Sebastian Church;Belle Vernon;officiating. Iinterment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.
