John F.Kyle;72;of 343 Hill St.;Belle Vernon;died Friday;Feb.12 at 8:20 p.m. in Mercy Hospital;Pittsburgh.He was a son of the late George P.Kyle Sr.and Germaine Castin Kyle. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church;Belle Vernon;Belle Vernon American Legion Post 659;Belle Vernon VFW Post 3557;3088th Bomb Group Assn.;and Fairhope Rod and Gun Club. He was a lifelong resident of Belle Vernon. He retired in 1977 from the Blooming Mill of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Monessen plant. He served during World War II as a U.S.Army Air Corps Sergeant at the 2034th A.A.F.Base Unit in England. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by a brother;Robert;and a sister;Denise Paluso. He is survived by his wife Helen Bachrik Kyle;two sons;John F.Kyle Jr.of Wheeling;W.Va.;and Dennis L.Kyle;at home;four brothers;George P.Kyle Jr.of Belle Vernon;Eugene M.Kyle of Rockford;Ill.;Ralph Kyle of Richmond;Va.;and Charles L.Kyle;two sisters;Mrs.Grace Mustybrook and Mrs.Elmira Steer;both of Belle Vernon;and two grandchildren. Friends will be received Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon. Services will be held Monday at 1:30 p.m. with the Dr.Thomas St.Clair officiating. Interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
