John Dzyak;70;of 1505 Jones St.;Monessen;died Monday;July 19;1982;at 8:50 a.m. at his home following an illness of the past seven months. Mr.Dzyak was born June 22;1912;n Webster;and had been a resident of Monessen his entire life. He was a retired welder from the Monessen Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. Mr.Dzyak was preceded in death by his wife Margaret in November of 1967. Survivors include two sons;Paul of Swanton;ohio and John James of Scottdale;two daughters;Mrs.Thomas (Kathryn) Upton of Royal Oak;Mich.;and Mrs.Jack (Margaret) Putnam of Sandy Hook;Conn.;two brothers;Paul of Monessen and George of San Lorenzo;Calif.;and four sisters;Mrs.William (Anne) Carter of San Demis;Calif.;Mrs.William (Mary) Edwards of Richeyville;and Mrs.Kenneth (Julia) Wherry and Mrs.Helen B.Miller;both of Monessen. Friends will be received in the Robert A.Billick Funeral Home;Inc.;Monessen;on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m.;the hour of service with the Rev.Gerald Wilt officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Robert A.Billick Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
