Obituary
John Davis, a retired miner who lived at Browsnville R.D. 1,died Sunday,Oct. 31,1965 at 1:30 p.m. in Brownsville General Hospital. Mr. Davis had lived in the Brownsville area 49 years. His wife, Sarah,died Dec. 24,1963. Surviving are two nephews, Attorney Frank Shearer and Brad Shearer,both of Columbus, Ohio. Friends are being received from 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. at the Beverly C. Draper Funeral Home in Monessen. Service in the funeral home chapel on Friday,Nov. 4,1977 at 11 a.m. in charge of the Rev. Monet. Interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Beverly C. Draper,funeral director.
