John Daniel Anthony, 90,of Charlotte, N.C.,died Friday,April 17,1992,in Presbyterian Hospital, Charlotte, N.C. He was born in Pittsburgh. Mr. Anthony as a special agent for the FBI in Charlerotte from 1957 to 1973. He retired in 1973 after 30 years service with the FBI. He was a graduate of the California State Teachers College. He is survived by his wife, Marie Anthony; two sons, John D. Anthony of Washington,D.C. and Jerry R. Anthony of Wake Forest,N.C.; a daughter, Mrs. Bonnie Greer of Raleigh, N.C.,seven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. A memorial service will be held Monday,April 20,1992 at 7 p.m. in theHankins,Whittington and Williams-Dearborn Chapel in Charlotte,N.C.
