John Dalrymple;59;of Eldora;R.D.1;died Wednesday;March 5;1975;at 4 a.m.at his home. He was born July 9;1915;in Brooklyn;N.Y. Mr.Dalrymple had been employed as a maintenance man at John L.Gibson;Inc.;Monessen. He was preceded in death by his wife;Evelyn Beaumont Dalrymple;in 1964. Surviving are four sons;Richard;with whom he made his home;Ronald of Eldora;Howard and William;both serving in the U.S.Navy;two daughters;Mrs.Barbara Roberts and Donna Dalrymple;both of Monessen;one brother;Robert A.Dalrymple of New York;N.Y.;one sister;Mrs.Kenneth Jordan of New York;N.Y.;and 11 grandchildren. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m.on Thursday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.on Friday at the Ed Melenyzer Funeral Home;262 Donner Ave.;Monessen;where services will be held Saturday at 11:30 a.m.with the Rev.Howard E.Kennedy;pastor of First United Methodist Church of Monessen;officiating.
