Jody Lynn Walker, 54, of Rostraver Twp., went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 21, 2011 in her home. A daughter of the late Fred and Mary Janelle Carter Van Dyke, she was born on February 7, 1957 in East Liverpool, OH. She was a member of the Roscoe Church of the Nazarene, believed in the 'Turning Point' and enjoyed mother nature, arts and crafts and reading. Survivors include her husband of 17 years, Barton R. Walker, four daughters and two sons-in-law, Shirley Walker of Charleroi, Destiny Bentley of Rostraver Twp., Edwina 'Beanie' and John Emericko II of Donora and Alicia and Calvin Cramer of Rockwood, two sons, Barton S. Walker and Clinton Smeltzer, both of Rostraver Twp., three brothers, Ralph Van Dyke, Fred Van Dyke, both of Wellsville, OH and Terry Van Dyke of Arizona and 15 grandchildren. There will be no public visitation or funeral services. The Ferguson Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 724-929-5300, 700 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon handled arrangements.
