JoAnn L. O'Neil,61,of Belle Vernon Apartments, died Friday,Nov. 15,1996,at 12:10 a.m. in the Humbert Lane Care Center,Washington,Pa. Born June 16,1935,in North Belle Vernon,she was the daughter of the late Jesse Paul and Helen L. Addison Provance. A resident of Belle Vernon most of her adult life,she was a member of First United Methodist Church. She was also on the Tenants Council of the Belle Vernon Hi-Rise. Surviving are a son, Raymond Ritchie of Niles,Mich.;two daughters, Susan Diaz and Mrs. Allen (Lee Ann) Granus,both of Charleroi;one brother,Frank A. Provance of Pittsburgh;two sisters, Jacqueline Pover of Monongahela and Nancy Provance of Belle Vernon;and two grandchildren,Jessica Ritchie and Allen Granus Jr. Friends will be received Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Ferguson Funeal Home Inc.,700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon .Funeral services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home with the Rev. S. Miles McConnell of the First United Methodist Church of Belle Vernon and the Rev. LaMar Carlson of the First United Methodist Church of Monongahela,officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Ferguson Funeral Home Inc. is in charge of the arrangements.
