Mrs. Joan Delzangle Deems,164 Taylor Run Rd.,Monongahela,died Monday, Feb. 17,1958 at 3:45 p.m. in the Charleroi-Monessen Hospital. Mrs. Deems was born in Weirton,W.Va.,Aug. 5,1932,coming to North Charleroi in 1936 from Weirton. She attended Charleroi High School. Surviving are her husband, Robert J. Deems;her mother, Mrs Margaret Mazade Delzangle;two brothers, Harry Delzangle of Craven Hill and Roland of Castle Shannon;and a sister, Mrs. John (Norma) Kostolansky of Minneapolis,Minn. Her father, Harry Delzangle died in 1953. Friends will be received at the Michael A. Melinchak Funeral Home during hours of 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Services will be held there February 20,at 2:30 p.m., in charge of Rev. James Kinnan of the Pilgrim Holiness Church, Bentleyville and interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Michael A. Melinchak is the funeral director.
