J. Maude Dalton McCauley,83,of Rostraver Townsdhip,died Sunday, March 6,1999,at her home. Mrs. McCauley was born in Monessen on April 22,1915,the daughter of the late Maurice and Maude (King) Dalton. A homeaker,she was employed by Prudential Insurance Company prior to her marriage. She was a member of the Church of St. Anne,Rostraver Township,as well as the Rostraver AARP. She was also a member and past regent of the Belle Vernon Catholic Daughters of the America,Court Belle Vernon. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia McCauley Hogan of Jupiter, Fla.,and a granddaughter, Rebecca Hogan Wilcox of Spokane,Wash. Besides her parents,she was preceded in death by her husband, John Edward McCauley,in 1992 and a brother, James Dalton. Friends will be received on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Tuesday until 9:30 a.m. in the James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc.,580 Circle Drive, Sweeney Plan/Rostraver Township,where a Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10 a.m. in the Church of St. Anne with her pastor, Rev. Ronald L. Simboli,presiding. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Tthe James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
